Questions we get on every demo
We use another school software. Can we move our data?
Yes. We import students, parents, fee balances and past marks from your current system or spreadsheets, and check them with your office before go-live.
Not every parent has a smartphone. What then?
Important messages such as absence alerts, fee reminders and circulars also go by SMS, so no family is left out.
How is children’s data protected?
Access is role-based, so a teacher sees only their own classes. Parent consent and data handling follow the DPDP Act, and every change is logged.
We run CBSE and state board sections. Does that work?
Yes. Each section can follow its own board’s grading scheme and report card format.
Who trains our teachers?
We do, at the school or online, with a short guide for parents to install the app.
