We conceived Blowistle, built it, launched it and run it in-house — the clearest proof we can own a product end to end, not just execute a spec.

Own it entirely. No client to hand execution to — we had to make the product, market and operational calls ourselves, and prove we could run it after launch, not just ship it.
Three decisions shaped the build. Each one is a bet we can explain.
The scheduling and venue layer shipped first, so the analytics pipeline always had real sessions to process. Demand proved out before we spent a rupee on capture hardware.
Kafka ingest with per-event processing rather than overnight batch, so a player sees their numbers while the game still matters — not the next morning.
Every model states the task it does and the baseline it beats. We publish no accuracy figure without both — the honest way to earn trust in a metric.
