1. Scope of this policy

This policy covers gravitorix.com — our corporate and marketing website — and how Gravitorix Technologies Pvt Ltd (“Gravitorix”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data collected through it, and through your direct correspondence with us by email, phone or WhatsApp.

It does not cover data entered into a live Orix product (OrixHR, OrixStay, OrixDine, OrixCare, OrixEdu or OrixFit) by one of our business customers. When a business runs Orix, that business controls its own employees’, guests’, patients’, students’ or members’ data as the data fiduciary; Gravitorix processes it on that business’s behalf under a separate agreement signed at onboarding. If you are an employee, guest, patient, student or member of an organisation that uses Orix, please contact that organisation directly about your data — not Gravitorix.

2. What we collect on this website

• Contact form (contact.html). Your name, email address, the product or service you’re asking about, and the message you write. It’s emailed straight to our team to answer you — this website does not store it in a database.
• Booking a call. If you use “Open the calendar” on the contact page, the booking is handled entirely by Calendly, a third-party scheduling tool. Your name, email and chosen time go to Calendly, governed by Calendly’s own privacy policy, not ours.
• WhatsApp. “Message us on WhatsApp” opens a chat in WhatsApp, governed by WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.
• Direct email, phone or post. If you write, call or write to us, we keep that correspondence to reply to you and for our own business records.

We do not use cookies, analytics, or advertising or tracking scripts on this website. The one third party this site loads anything from automatically is Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com), which serves the typefaces you see on the page; your browser connects to Google’s servers to fetch them, which may log standard request data such as your IP address under Google’s own privacy policy.

3. How we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry, schedule a call or demo, prepare a quote or scope, deliver a project you’ve engaged us for, and keep a record of that correspondence. We don’t sell personal data, and we don’t use it for advertising or share it with anyone beyond the named service providers above who help us run this site and respond to you.

4. How long we keep it

For as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and maintain a reasonable business record of it, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.

5. Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to confirm what personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, by emailing [email protected]. We’ll respond within a reasonable time.

6. Security

This site is served over HTTPS, and the contact form is validated and spam-filtered on our server before anything is sent. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data in transit and in our inbox, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security.

7. Children’s data

This website is directed at businesses and professionals, not children, and we don’t knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. OrixEdu, which schools use to manage student records, is covered by the separate agreement each school signs with us, not by this website policy.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our website or services change. The “last updated” date at the top will always reflect the latest version.
