By using gravitorix.com (the “Site”), you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site — you can still reach us by email or phone.

2. Who we are

This Site is operated by Gravitorix Technologies Pvt Ltd (“Gravitorix”, “we”, “us”), based in Kovilpatti, Tamil Nadu, India.

3. What this Site is — and isn’t

This Site describes the Orix product suite (OrixHR, OrixStay, OrixDine, OrixCare, OrixEdu, OrixFit) and our custom web, mobile, AI/ML and cloud development services. It’s informational and for generating enquiries — it is not itself a subscription agreement, a statement of work, or a contract. An actual Orix subscription, or a custom build we deliver for you, is governed by the separate agreement signed when you onboard or engage us, not by these Site terms.

4. Site content and intellectual property

The text, design, logos, product names and the Orix and Gravitorix marks on this Site belong to Gravitorix or are used under licence. You may view and share pages for your own evaluation of our services; you may not reproduce, scrape, or republish this content for another commercial purpose without our written permission.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t attempt to breach, probe or disrupt the Site’s security or availability.
Don’t scrape or bulk-extract content from the Site.
Don’t submit the contact form with false information, spam, or anything unlawful, abusive or deceptive.
Don’t use the Site to impersonate another person or organisation.

6. Third-party links and tools

This Site links to and embeds third-party services — Calendly for booking calls, WhatsApp for messaging, and LinkedIn — and loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Each is governed by that provider’s own terms and privacy policy, which we don’t control and aren’t responsible for.

7. No warranty

This Site and its content are provided “as is”. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but we don’t warrant that it is error-free, complete, or current at all times, and nothing on it is a guarantee of results.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gravitorix is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this Site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or affects the liability terms in a separate signed agreement with us.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes relating to this Site are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thoothukudi District, Tamil Nadu.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Site changes. The “last updated” date at the top will always reflect the latest version. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the update.
